DOG WORKS Canine Form & Function 780 Broadway Ave. Holbrook, NY 11741 (631) 218-3466
Dog and training programs are designed to be successful and fun for dogs and their owners. Our inductive, motivational style uses toys, food and play as training tools that enhance the dogs willingness to comply and helps even the most “turned out” dog focus and learn.
We believe that in order to be effective, dog training programs must enable students to use their new skills in daily life. If training is confined to work in class, students will find that in class is where their dogs behave best. Dogs can not fail training programs but people can fail to use training to help their dogs become more manageable and predictable in day-to-day situations. Our goal is to help you succeed with your dog in every way possible by teaching techniques that you will find easy and effective, the kind of handling you will want to keep using even after class has ended. We believe our programs will help you make training a positive, useful experience that enhances your relationship with your dog and allows him or her to become more adaptable, versatile and reliable.
